Part-time or Full-time Therapist $2,500.00 retention bonus
Bridgemont Health & Wellness is recruiting for a full-time or part-time Outpatient Therapist for our Billings office. The schedule for position would typically be Monday through Friday. Based on client/community need, some therapy will be via telemed. Duties include assessment, treatment planning and treatment through group, family, couples and/or individual therapy; provision of emergency services and community education. Understanding of substance abuse issues helpful.
Requires a LCSW or LCPC license.
Group Home – Mental Health Worker
Bridgemont Health and Wellness is recruiting for a full time overnight group home mental health worker to assistance for adults who have severe, persistent mental illness. Prefer at least one year of experience providing services for adults with mental illness and/or corresponding coursework in Human Service/Psychology.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team, knowledge of application of behavior modification and crisis intervention skills, and ability to manage detailed paperwork. Requires valid driver’s license.

Bridgemont has an extraordinary career opportunity for a Psychiatrist to join our medical team. The team is close-knit and provides direct and in-direct supervision to our committed, multi-disciplinary teams. Bridgemont is a private, non-profit corporation dedicated to the establishment, development and maintenance of high quality mental health and substance abuse care in South Central Montana. We serve ten counties (many of which are rural) and approximately 3,000 clients. Bridgemont has compassionate and caring clinical and support staff dedicated to providing quality, comprehensive behavioral healthcare in a supportive team environment.
Duties include providing and overseeing general psychiatric care and treatment to Bridgemont patients as well as consultations with Bridgemont staff and other medical personnel in the communities Bridgemont serves. No night or weekend call is required.
Region 5 Prevention Specialists
Bridgemont Health & Wellness is recruiting for prevention specialists to to provide coverage in the following counties: Phillips, Garfield, Valley, McCone, Daniel, Sheridan, Rosevelt, Richland and Dawson.
A Prevention Specialist is a professional who implements programs, education and outreach to reduce negative social issues and promote health and safety in communities. Ability to work in diverse settings like schools, businesses, government agencies and non-profits focusing on such areas as substance use and mental health promotion. Position will entail delivering evidence-based practices, developing community-based partnerships within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development:
Implement educational programs and interventions to prevent negative outcomes.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain partnerships and relationships with community groups, families and individuals to mobilize and sustain prevention efforts.
Education and Outreach:
Conduct training and meetings to provide education on healthy lifestyles, risk reduction and mental health promotion to community audiences.
Collaboration:
Work with other Prevention Specialists, organizations and groups to lead and coordinate efforts and strengthen region-wide prevention strategies.

Schedule is one to two days per week. In-Training Candidates for licensure will also be considered. Duties include assessment, treatment planning and treatment through group, family, couples and/or individual therapy; provision of emergency services and community education as well as conducting chemical dependency assessments, intakes and facilitating individual and group sessions. Experience in providing comprehensive mental health evaluations and assessments preferred. Would prefer dually licensed individual with LCPC or LCSW as well as LAC licensure or eligible for licensure. Position open until filled.

Outreach Liaison / Peer Support Specialist
Bridgemont Health and Wellness is searching for a outreach liaison/ peer support specialist. Primary duties of this position include: identifying candidates and working to coordinate training opportunities for them, as well as linking them with activities and services that may enable them to transition out of homelessness.
Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services/ equivilent experience with at least one year of experience serving people with severe, disabling mental illness preferred. Ability to attend Peer Support training and maintain certification. Position requires good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to do detailed paperwork; valid driver’s license; and a working knowledge of community services.
