Sliding Fee Discount Program: Bridgemont & Wellnes is committed to ensuring access to behavorial health services regardless of a person’s ability to pay. A Sliding Fee Discount Program is available for eligible individuals and families who are uninsured, underinsured, or experiencing financial hardship. Eligibility is based on household size, household income, and current Federal Poverty Guidelines. 

Services will not be denied due to inability to pay. You may Qualify for: Reduced fees, Discounted services, No-Cost Services for Eligible Individuals.  

How to Apply: Applications are available through: Front Desk, Admissions Department, and Business office. Documentation may be required to verify household income and family size. Substance Abuse Treatment

We provide evaluations to determine appropriate treatment for substance abuse disorders.

Our classes are State approved to meet all Court and Driver’s License Bureau requirements.

We help link people to resources and advocate on their behalf.

We promote the prevention of substance abuse disorders and educate the community.
